Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of grobuzz.co.uk ("the site"). The site is operated by Grobuzz, an independent publication — not a registered company — run from Bangladesh; all contact is by email via the contact page. By using the site you accept these terms. They are deliberately short — there is no account to create and nothing to buy, so most of what standard terms cover does not apply here.

1. Using the site

You may read, link to and share our pages freely. You may not:

  • scrape or republish our content at scale, or pass it off as your own;
  • use the site in a way designed to disrupt it or to gain unauthorised access to the server it runs on;
  • frame the site or hotlink our images so they appear to be part of another publication.

2. Intellectual property

The articles, page designs and original images on this site are © Grobuzz unless otherwise stated. Quoting brief excerpts with a link and attribution is welcome. Wholesale reproduction requires written permission — ask via the contact page. Third-party material (for example embedded video or images credited to others) remains the property of its owners.

3. Our content is information, not advice

Articles on this site are general information, not professional advice. This matters enough that it has its own page: read the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

4. External links

We link to other websites where it helps the reader. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. A link is a signpost, not a guarantee.

5. Accuracy and availability

We work to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it "as is". We do not guarantee that any page is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will be available without interruption. Our editorial policy explains how to report an error and how we correct them.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grobuzz will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site or anything linked from it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also benefit from any mandatory rules of the law of the place where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Otherwise, disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
